NO YOU CAN'T BUT ONLY A LOSER WOULD GET IN DEBT THAT FAR AND WAIT FOR THE LAST MINUTE . HOPE YOU DON'T OWE IT TO DOPE DEALERS OR THE MOB OR YOU WILL BE COOKED BUT GOOD AND THEN WON'T BE POSTING DUMB QUESTIONS LIKE THIS ANYHOW .

If this is a serious question, we will need more information.
What do you need it for? For example, if you need $7k to pay tuition, it is different than if you need $7k to get your mom out of jail. :-)
Bank loans, credit cards, etc., are fast ways to get cash, but shop around. Two weeks is plenty of time to find the best rate on a loan. If your credit is decent, you may be able to find a 0% loan for fixed time period (hopefully longer than it will take you to pay it off).
