I am a 16 almost 17 year old guy, been with my girlfriend for 6 months now. It's been going good, we both have said we love each other and we lost our virginity together. She is also 17. My question revolves around this: Whenever we're together things feel great, but we don't have the same conversations and jokes like we used to. I don't understand why it is, perhaps it could be growing apart?. I get nervous everytime I'm not with her because perhaps she's hitting on another guy, or has feelings growing for someone else who isn't me? I'm not sure deep down if I want to break up with her, or let it last and see what happens. I have a feeling the only reason I may want it to continue is because I couldn't picture seeing her with another guy. She admits she is jealous at times too. Our relationship involves us going to different schools, and I have ditched alot of friends to be with her at times. If anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated. Thankyou!!

You both are realy young and have a long life ahead of you. I met my husband when i was your age but we dated each other and for a while broke up and saw other people and let nature take its course " if it is meant to be it will be" We got back together after 6 montha and have now been married for 10 years.
Look ahead and see if you can picture pregnant with your children. If you can then you will be fine. But if not sit back relax and dont smother her, b/c you will drive her away

You are both too young to be in a serious relationship. At your age you should be dating lots of people to learn about life and different situations and personalities, not just one person. It was a mistake to have sex this young also. It makes it more difficult to move on. Now it will be messy.

i am the mother of 3 boys,19 ,21,24. i have watched each one go through exactly what you are talking about. hang in there for now and see where it goes, if you two are suppose to be together you will make it work. if not it just wasn't meant to be.

Sweetie, sounds to melike you got VERY involved in a short period of time, before you truly KNEW one another......If I were you, (and it will hurt at first), make an agreement that you will date others but still date each other........If you are still together when you graduate college, then it was meant to be......

If you really loved her you would know. its normal to be jelous even if you don't want to be with her, you don't want to think that she had no problem getting over you . and not having much to talk about is normal when your together alot
