u know the flat black gauge earrings but they have normal pins like regular earrings.

Tattoo shops can order them for you.
Some will have them in the shop for sale. Call around to your local shops and ask.
I checked Hot Topic online and they do have what your looking for

But they are 16 gauge. If your ears are at 18, or 20 now, it will be a tiny stretch to 16.But nothing that you will have to worry about. Many people's ears naturally stretch to 16 gauge over time anyway. Their selection is very small though.
