i have master degree in math from IRAQ from 1985

This depends upon why you want the equivalency. If it is in order to get into a graduate program in the U.S., the schools here will work with organizations who can evaluate your degree for them. You don't personally need to do anything other than to provide the transcripts. If for a job, the fact that you HAVE a master's degree in math should be acceptable on its own. If you went to a prestigious Iraqi school, I would gather some information about it, such as rankings or selectivity statistics, because your biggest problem will be that most people here will not have heard of your school.
