anybody have any ideas on how to print from another cpu? the 2 cpus are hooked up to usb and a router. I saw the names next to the printer that is installed and they are both shared and i set the printer to default on the cpu that it is already plugged into. It just says document failed to print from the 2nd cpu.

2. Also on the remote desktop connection for xp. its calling for the username and password i've done that but it also is saying domain. I almost got it working i saw the black screen ready to load the other cpu interface but it comes up with need those 2 or 3 inputs for username, pw, domain then it might connect with no problem?

1. On 2nd computer, go to Windows Explorer, then on address, type: \\computer1
where computer1 is the name of the computer1. If your printer on first computer was shared, you will see it. Then highlight that printer and right click to connect.

2. Regarding remote desktop, put the username and password of the first computer. If asking for domain, put your workgroup's name.
