Well, look for signs..
Are you chewing your (or someone else's) limb as you type?
Is there blood smeared on the walls?
Do you have conversations with people that only you can see?
Do you like Smallville?
If any of the above was a YES, then your brain is gone..

If you think you are crazy then you must be crazy.
If you think you are rational then you might be crazy.
Here are the four possibilities.
You can think you are crazy and be crazy.
You can think you are crazy and be rational, but this doesn't work because it would be irrational for a rational person to think they are crazy.
You can think you are rational and be crazy. This is possible, because if you are crazy it would be crazy to think you were rational.
You can think you are rational and be rational. This works.

No you're not crazy, but you might be mentally and emotionally challenged by reality and the things that reside within it!!!!
