yes it is mandatory to let someone know if you have been raped or molested because it is ilegal, i have been raped at one point for 8 in a half months straight and i am testifying against him til' this day.

i think it is mandatory in every state dont quote me on it but they should be checked out anyways wether it is or not

I think so. If a crime has been committed they have to gather evidence or at least have a doctor for an expert witness.

dont know cause i dont live there but im pretty sure u should get checked out for any diease or dna from the person that has done this to that person

YES! And if you do not report it you are an accessory to that rape so you to could be charged with a crime for letting it happen.
