because the war in Asia is ended and there are many opportunities for people to go to Asia, so it's becoming more international. i'm from shanghai china and i've seen lotz of chinese girls going out with white guys. it's not weird anymore.

Hua, asian women usually like white males because they are taller than their asian counterparts. A normal asian male is considered tall at 5.6 to 5.8 whereas he would be considered short if he was white. For some reason, even extremely short asian females, 5.0 to 5.2 want a 6.0 footer. No idea why.
Also like many say, the white culture has also played a part, even I find green and blue eyes more attractive in the women I go after.
As for white men, many served in wars in the past and grew up to like the asian look. Others fall into thinking asian women are subserviant. And lastly, the American female these days, although beautiful outside is not that appealing to most males in personality. Asian women are perceived as more "feminine" than American women and are exoticized; the whole subservient thing has been blown out of proportion. Let's just say, Asian women preserve an older style of feminine beauty that American women lost when jeans, short hair, slender figures, and bra-burning became popular.
white man/Asian woman couples are like black man/white women couples...black men and Asian women are more likely to pair up with whites because whites perceive Asian females as more feminine/sexy/exotic attractive and black men as more masculine/sexy/exotic/attractive.
meanwhile black women and Asian men are left in the dust, as they don't find a suitable match from among their own color, so a lot of Asian males and black females will be bachelors and write essays on the curses of intermarriage...
meanwhile, the other end of the equation. white guys want a beatiful, feminine, soft spoken woman.
Asian women want height, muscles, and white skin for their kids. yep, I said it. think about the white makeup among geisha and the way white skin has been unfortunately idealized all over the world- even in traditionally dark skinned cultures like Africa and India you will find an elite that looks white.
so that's the whole puzzle.
and let's not even go into the whole race+penis size thing...

Perhaps there is a lesson here.
Eastern (a.k.a Asian) civiliation has been around for a very long time.
It may pre-date Mid-Eastern, Western, or Southern civilization.
It is not about being popular!
Asian women are a joy to this world!
Perhaps white males are just beginning to understand and embrase the treasure they are!

I should know the answer to this, because I'm a white guy married to an Asian lady--but I don't. Maybe white men think that Asian women are more subservient (certainly not the case with my wife!).

i think because when asian women are more influenced by the white culture and white men appeal to them more i think they believe in the american dream which is cool but i can't speak for asians but most asians i know are influenced by the white culture most

interesting question for me cuz my dad just married a chinese woman this past year and is still waiting her arrival. I think for my dad he just found someone he really likes. And that is intelligent to his standards. I don't know yet though, I've never met her. We will see. Interesting though. I think the internet has alot to do with it. Easy access to more cultures and countries.

Bigest thing is they are not as common as a black woman and for quite some time they where obediant...now they tend to be more concideding thinking they are godesses cuz they are asian
