I want to take like 100 photos off the internet and collage them into the background of my cpu is there a software already on my cpu or an internet site that allows me to do this?

Paint is a simple way. Use photoshop if you have it.
It's not really worth it to have to upload 100+ pictures to collage them on the Internet.

just copy n paste those picture on u're folder

Paste them into powerpoint then group them and save it as a jpg.

Picasa, from google has a very easy function to make that.
