I thought the guy in the white pointy hat was actually the question, being as he is u-g-l-y. The other guy has a poor quality spray tan, which is why he's wearing black; the white outfit would have made him look orange.
Too bad the Blues Brothers weren't still around to help crowd control at the rally.
