I used to take "For Sale" signs from other peoples home and stick them in my friends yards while they were at work.

Fork their yard with plastic forks. Fun, but wayy less destructive than TPing, and easy to clean up.

buy a steering wheel jack and lock it while they are at work. Funny, but the car has to be unlocked.
