Yeah you're too young. Most people just enter their birthday like 5 or 10 years eariler to make it look like their 17 or something.

The only way to get one is to be 16 or older . So you need to lie. Yeah it sucks, but thats what you gotta do. Good luck :D Oh and be carful!
