Marriott Grande Chateau is a timeshare, with a full kitchen (including coffee maker), but also rents rooms like a hotel.

i stayed in the flamingo and the hilton and both are reasonable priced like 150 a night and both has coffee makers. I am sure that almost all do. even the motel 6... lol

I think all of them. Coffee is a staple in Vegas, especially after you have been up all night drinking.
