The military and emergency services all over the world conduct training of hypothetical events so that they can be ready for when things actually happen. If they didn't, military and emergency personnel would be going into events blind.

Just like when we are young and need to practise gross motor skills, or a ballet dancer does the same movements over and over for years, emergencies need to be practised to develop skills and test out contingency plans.

It isn't rocket science to come up with these situations - if terrorists can come up with these plans, the military/governments can also.

i suppose they have fire drills incase someone dosent know what do during a fire but what i dont get is why everyone has to form a single line do they want us to for the longest human candle wick or something?
