I don't know if you are equating slowness with lack of intelligence (stupidity) or not.

However, slowness is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes, it's better to go slow, take your time and think things through. Maybe, this helps you to do whatever is good and right for you.

Also, it just may be the way you are - learn to love and accept yourself.

My mother was a fast person - she got everything done as quick as possible and my father was slow - he just couldn't move fast, but he still got everything done in his slow, thorough manner. They were both very intelligent - just different ways of doing things.

I am slow too - I take after my father. I just give myself plenty of time to do whatever I have to do. I accept that I am a slow person and I am not trying to change this aspect of myself.

So, please just be yourself, accept yourself, love yourself, love your slowness and live life in the slow lane.

Take care and all the best and good luck.

lack of stimuli. I am sure that if something is really interesting to you- and your attention is focused on it, it would be easy for you.

Just because you arent as interested in the things that the rest of the world might be, dont make you slow. People think someone is slow because they cant learn the same things that the majority of society does- maybe it is because the majority of people are interested in the same things, or programmed to think thats what is important.

You will survive!

Some people have a tighter schedule and have to work faster. For example I notice my brother in law completes college coursework much faster than me. He is married, in the military and has kids so he is obviously on a "tighter" schedule than a single college student who has obligations too but not as many as him.

If you want to be more efficient or faster at certain tasks, you can work at it. Force yourself to do things faster but not turbo. It might feel awkward at first but you would be surprised on how much time you can save by being more efficient in daily tasks and errands.

Take your time and don't worry about it. Hey you got on here and I know of a lot of people who can't . You are just trying to compare yourself with others that have mastered what they are doing. You should just do what makes you happy and what comes easy to you. You will find out that you are good at something and that you will exceed others in that area.

It's the attitude that you have, if you are very enthusiastic about 1 thing you will act very fast, and it is the same for the reverse.

That's just life, and life is not fair. If you are slower, make up for it by studying harder and longer. You will be surprised to see how this helps you and makes you quicker.
