set your pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com or whatever site your playing on.make sure you have java as its needed for playing games. once in lounge select small windows in lounge options box then expand room once in it to see chat area.

If you have a pop up blocker make sure it isnt turned on when you try going into the game.
