It is a start if live far away a carpool is fine to. Just try not to use too much gas then u are helping. For instance if u and ur friend are going to the mall or something walk over to her house and ride with her and rotate. If it is a long term thing pay half of the gas money. This will save u money and help the enviroment. Hope this helps!

WALK?!?! How un-American of you! Are you some kind of freak? Just kidding. The very fact that you're considering it means there is hope for the environment. You'll be making your own little statement, which certainly can't hurt. Who knows, maybe you'll start a trend, which will become a movement, which will become a revolution. Good luck!

YES! YES! YES!!!!! That's a very good choice to make for you and the enviornment. if you think about it this way...one car can make a difference between heavy traffic and smooth fast "traffic" and maybe your colleagues will join you and slowly you'll save on gas, and start looking better too!!! way to go!!!!!

It would if we all walked with you (I don't mean to your school, but to our schools, jobs, etc...)
Just because your little effort doesn't seem like it will help, doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. If we all thought that way we would never stand a chance.

that depends on how far your school is. If it's far like more than a mile away then I'll find you crazy but if it's like a mile or a couple long blocks away then that's good.

The bus still runs! Try to get the whole school to join you for just one day...that may help!

only if you get the whole school to do it with you.
but there are many things you can do like sorting out your waste for recycling, not smoking and not littering.
little things do add up if done consistently.
thanks for caring!

Well, if you used to get to school in a rocket ship, yes.
If you live across the street, no.

That's a good idea. All you can do is take care of your own business, and set a good example for others. I applaud you :-)
