These people get involved in someone life then get the person to mess things up (Fired or quit job etc.) then when the person gets fired or other this individual who did the convincing turns around and says "Well since you have no job (or whatever else) I cant stand to be near you" and they leave.
I have hear of this happening to people.

I wouldn't call them friends, that's for sure!

I would say they are backstabbing instigators with an inferiorty complex. They feel so bad about themselves, yet they never learned a constructive way to deal with their feelings so they spend their time trying to knock people down to their level. The more inferior they feel, the lower they try to knock other people down.

Always watch to see if a person's actions match with their words. If they do not, go by their actions to know the real person.

I don't understand.

They both sound immature. One wants to blame the other for their poor job performance, the other didn't try to help console the one losing the job. Now, if this were a pattern over a year long, then I guess I'd understand why they'd leave for that reason. Hmm.

I don't think a person "gets" someone else to mess things up. Nope. I think the person messes up on their own.

One of the people needs to step down a notch and the one ALLOWING themselves to be fired or whatnot due to the influence of the other needs to get themselves a heping helping of this thing we call BACKBONE!
No one can make you feel inferior without your permission.... and no one can MAKE you get fired.

Gay, because some people invest their time in experimenting with willing persons. You might call that person by their name and walk-away.
