I don't think it is important to dress in the latest fashion or a certain style, but I do think how you dress is VERY important. It can say so much about you.

Yes, it is important how you dress, because when you meet a person nearly 70% of what they think you is given by the first impression, so you should dress nice so people will think very highly of you.

Success in the work world, and in some cases in college at higher levels will depend greatly on your clothing.

You don't have to dress fancy, but at least you should be somewhat presentable. Wearing clothes appropriate to a situation is always wise. I mean, you don't wear an evening gown to do the laundry; and you don't wear jeans and a baggy sweatshirt to a fancy restaurant. Common sense is the best thing you can rely upon.

Yes. I used to dress like a punk. I was ALWAYS in trouble. Now I'm a PTA mom poster child, I look like a suburbanite, and drive a forrest green SUV. I have not gotten a ticket, or excess police attention since.

it is important to dress like yourself, but it depends on the occasion.
I'm in college, I commute (its cheaper), so I get up at 5:00am 4 days a week to get to class on time. Do i dress nice on these days, no.

yes it's absolutely important. it can make us become pretty and attractive. most of the man or woman who have a sweetheart or try to find GF/BF it is the thing that can attract the people to be close to you. The beauty is the attractive thing for the youth.
