Best qualities is up to one to decide...but over here, best qualities means good social mannerism, appropriate behavior, speak with respect. Which race in the world actually have the best social etiquette? Please note that question asked is referred to ethnic group and not nationality.

I think you're going to have a problem getting accurate answers because most people don't really understand the difference between ethnicity, race, and/or nationality. And social etiquette varies from culture to culture. It really isn't defined by ethnicity, but by culture. And all cultures believe themselves to have the best and most proper etiquette. But if you are asking me personally, I believe the Japanese have the most polite social etiquette, eventhough I don't even know if Japanese is an ethnicity or just a nationality.

There is none, it's not by race. European people used to be looked up to because of their manners, high class, etc. But now you now have homeless Europeans or people who just don't give a crap about anyone or anything. Race has nothing to do. It depends on how you are raised.

White men can't jump and have no rythym, average genital size.
Black men can't swim, but can dance and sing, large genital size.
Oriental men have tiny genitals and are good at math.
Hispanics are lazy, genital size unknown.
