Im 39 weeks and all day i have been getting sharp pains off and on in my lower back and a dull constant pain n my back now my neck is killing me and i got so much pressure right above my pubic line is this a sign labor is getting ready to start ??

I just had a baby 3 months ago and I felt like that for the last two weeks of pregnancy. The baby is dropping and you feel like time is standing still! Good luck! When it's true labor you will have NO DOUBT!!!

Sounds to me like you are already in labor. If this is not your first child, I would try to do some walking around the house just to see what happens. Or you could do like I did with my first child, and go to the hospital to see what is going on and how far along you are. In labor that is. Good luck Hun and congrats!!!

yes i think that is a pretty good sign of gettin ready to go into labor. And if you get energy spurt and are ready to clean than it means you are like nesting and that is another good sign of gettin ready to go.

I am going to say that it could possibly be back labor...I would call your doctor in the morning...if they are open...if not go to the hospital

It could be. The best thing to do is give the OB?GYN a call, and let them know the symptoms your having. They can help determine what might be causing it, and if you can watch and wait, or if you should be checked out. I would give them a call.

Sounds like it has already started, call your OB, or go to the hospital, if you're not ready they'll just tell yah to go home.

That definitely sounds like early labour. Call your O/B, s/he will tell you what to do next and when to go to the hospital.

it does sound like the start of labor.best thing to do is ring your doctor. try and get some rest now if you can.good luck hope all goes well.
