If the doctor does a good job, transwomen can get off just like other women. They'll need to use lube though, as the vagina created isn't self-lubricating like a genetic girl's vagina.

A sex change to artificially construct the genetalia of the opposite sex does not make you a member of the opposite sex... nor does the genetalia operate completely as a naturally-born genetalia... a lot of sensory apparatus is missing as is the conception apparatus as well.
