I have an experience in the pub that another girl try to flirt at me. She smiles and looks at me from time to time. When we have eye contacts, she walks up to me and have a small talk with me to get to know each other. She even try to soft touch my hand, my shoulder or my high thigh from time to time.

it could be her tryin to flirt with you or it could be her just tryin to be your friend and she just dont kno how to act ....
if it was me i would just ask her...do u like her?
