Hepatitis is an inflamation of the liver..........Usually a fever persist and there may be some jaundice (yellowing of the skin)
As far as what causes it , I am not sure. I worked in a hospital several years ago and heard of a patient getting hepatitis c...
The deadly one.We all had to get a shot, then boosters. Her friend said she got it from a dirty needle when she had her nails done..........(the lady did die)

hepatitis B ~ only thru bloods. Hep A ~thru contaminated food,saliva,etc

Hep B has no symptoms and can lead to liver cancer. so it's veri veri dangerous.

The hepatitis virus causes it (contact with bodily fluids like saliva and sexual fluids...also rectal contact).
