she always trys to tell me how to do my job i know how to do it she has no clue on how to do it

she always pick on me and my partner i hate her guts and always put her nose in my work

tell her, if she really think you're not doing a good job, she should have her husband hire her to do the job, instead of you. If that doesn't work, tell her to shut the hell up. try and stay away from her as much as you can. even if you see her or try to talk to you, act like shes not there. DO NOT give her any attention because then, you're opening an opportunity for her to open her trap. Just because you work for her husband, doesn't mean she can boss you around. remember, shes not your boss, her husband is. if she has a problem with any of your work, the husband(boss) should be the one correcting you, not some wanna be a boss biatch. stand up for yourself and don't let people like that walk all over you, you won't get any self respect that way. put her in her right place, which is being a wife....period!!!

Maybe because your spelling is dreadful. Interfere is the word you were after.
BTW if she's the boss' wife, do you really want to argue with her?
Just nod and get back to work.
