im just movin to rhode island with my parents and im 16 1/2 turnin 17. i was wonderin how old u have to be to move out with out ur parents agreeing.

If you are looking to do this WITHOUT your parents' concent, I am sure it is 18. WITH their concent, I think it is 16 or 17.

The only way to do this under 18 without their concent, you have to go through the courts.
