If you could be sure there were resources available when you got there, and if you had the money, you could probably live on mars. The trick would probably be landing something big enough to support the people you would need to make something like that possible.

No. Not at all. Unless we made a glass wall with a roof, put some plants in there and took oxygen, maybe. It won't happen in the future though because the world will end soon. Sounda funny but it ai'nt

yes, we can live on another planet. Not sure which one though. If the Earth blows up, i think we woudl move to mars or sumin. sorry i could not be more helpful.

Not at this present time, we simply have no way of "permanently" protecting ourselves from Solar Radiation or Micro-meteors. This is the reason also we cannot yet get to Mars.
