Canadian Tubal reversal??

Ok 3 years ago I was having heart troubles and my Cardiologist begged me to clamp my tubes untill my heart was healthy enough to have another child. Well I am 27 years old and they told me I would be fine to have them unclammped now and have a child. well little did they tell me it would cost so much. I dont have that kind of money does anyone know where you can get financing for this or help with paying. It was not my choice to do it. PLease help. and rember I am in Canada. Thank you
