I used contact lenses only for three days.

I felt they went out of focus very easily, I could be reading something clearly and suddenly the vision started to blur a lot in one eye. I tried to fix it closing my eye, but doesn't work.
And have a lot of troubles taking them out of my eye, my left eye ended all red (ALL) so I decided to quit, but I feel insecure with my normal glasses.

Any good suggestions?

see the doctor again. Could be a bad fit, or a bad prescription.

if you'd been wearing them for a long time, I'd say try a different solution. I can only use aquify. It costs more, and it's hard to find, but it's worth it.

Do you have to wear contact lenses all the time? You could just wear glasses when you're at home, etc to rest your eyes.

Contact lenses, if they get dirty can make your eyes inflamed, so using contacts like once a week is the way to go. If it's out of focus, try blinking lots or putting eyedrops..

They may not be properly fitted or it could be the contact solution. I'd go back to the doctor and explain what is happening. Ask for tips on taking them out. I never had trouble taking them out though. Just put your finger on the lense and slowly bring it to the corner of your eye and let it have a ripple in it, then snatch it with your fingers.

I agree go back to your eye doctor, or at least to the provider of your contac lenses. It could be you inadvertently switched the contac lenses so you are wearing the right on the left eye and the left on the right, as both my husband and my daughter often did this by mistake
