One method is called exposure therapy, where you slowly expose yourself to your fear over and over again until the thing becomes second nature. Go to a pet shop and look at bunnies. They are in cages, so they won't get near you. YOU control the situation.
Then do it again and again until you are comfortable with that. Then you can either leave it at that, or go further by, say, bringing yourself to touch one. Go to a petting zoo where you can touch one. Repeat the trip until you are comfortable with touching them.

I was heard someone say,"When you jump you're gonna come down." I don't remember if my coach told me that or I read it. It actually comforted me. I use to be scared to jump as well. I had to suck it up though. My program for competition has double waltz jumps and a waltz jump at the end. All that is crammed in a 1:10 program. I don't have time to be scared. Waltz jumps are better when you add backwards crossovers to them. Once you grasp the concept of jumping, it becomes fun. I heard that skaters are either a natural jumper or spinner? Maybe you're a spinner? Good luck and don't give up! You'll get it!

The only way is to face your fears! I'd see a counselor about this one. You don't want to make things worse by taking poor advice.
