please tell me i want to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks wat should i do?

Do you think you may overeat because of bad relationships? You may need to work on that before you are able to lose the weight.

Your husband sounds like a nightmare. He needs to go!

Losing 10 pounds in 14 days would be very unwise unless you are significantly obese to begin with. Even so, its risky to lose so much so fast.
Please reconsider if you are losing this weight in order to please or hold onto your cheating abusive husband. The best weight loss you could have is to walk out on 180 pounds of cheatin' husband, and not look back.

Go on a juice fast. You will only drink real fruit juice for the next week or so. It cleanses the body of trash thats inserted into our body while eating unhealthy food. It works but the symptoms vary to a headache or an nausea feeling because the body is trying to adjust.

Do the special K diet! It really works, you just replace two meals a day (most likely breakfast and lunch) with special K cereal and eat one other sensible meal. I would also recomend exercise to help burn calories, and so you don't put the weight right back on. Walking is fine, or whatever else you like.

Try eating small meals, and by small i mean small like one egg and a slice of toast, and snacks between meals. the trick is to eat every three hours. it sounds strange but it works. it keeps your metabolism high. cut out soda, coffee, anything with sugar and caffeine. no sweets. Drink LOTS of water. more than 8 glasses a day. it's hard the first day but it gets easier by the third day. Also you need to combine with at least some exercise. Try running around your block or apt complex every morning Let me know how you do!!!

RUN RUN RUN, go out 2 times a day, ur going to have to push yourself to the limits, bike, snack on grapes or other foods with high water concentration. Have fun cause, hahaha its going to suck, but after 2 weeks u'll feel like a champ.

well i lost 6 pounds in a week once eat healthy exersie daily i have a trendmill in my house i go on that for 1 hour than go to the gym and work out and drink alot of water..

Do low carb, u will lose it fast...limit yourself to 20 carbs a day, no bread,no sweets....eat all the meat u want and all the green veggies too!!! Drink only diet drinks...no sugar! Good Luck! :)
