what do you do with all of your sorrow?

What if you can't remove it? How do you deal with heartache?

Everyone is answering...just let it go...

HOW? Please explain in detail

I write about it, think about it, listen to music to help me deal with it and slowly move on.

First day I cry and drag around the house, might go for two more days along with eating junk and comfort foods. Then I go get pampered and buy myself something. Eventually the heartache will go away.

hell, if i cant let go of the heartache it will kill me slowly. so spend a day drown in your sorrow. then after that forget all about it - stop those self-pity - get a move on! there were others who were dealt much worst fate than you....or else, start digging your own grave.

Look for the smallest things in every day to make you happy. All those little victories amount to one big one. Sorrow never truly goes away, you just learn to come to terms with it.

I listen 2 music! it whipes all my troubles away!! if you dont have an Ipod, i suggest you get one cuz when i listen 2 my Ipod all my troubles seem 2 go away!!

I usually go out and spend money or do something for others....volunteer, help someone in need, etc. It makes me feel good to know that I have helped someone less fortunate.

head on.my sorrow is my anger and it is let loose when needed. i assure you i feel better after!!!!!!!!!!!! I hurt no one in this proses, unless deservingly needed!!!!!!!!!!! words are a powerful thing!!!!
