I think it might just be in my head because I want to be pregnant so badly, but My fiance and I had sex the 5 days leading up to, and twice on ovulation day. Ovulation day was only a few days ago, but i feel like my boobs are starting to get sore and possibly bigger, and they hurt around my nipple area. Also, I know its probably way too early for this, but I have been peeing like crazy lately, and I usually dont have to pee very often. Headaches have been occuring as well. My period is not expected till september 15th, so it sucks playing the waiting game. Anyone think my odds are good at achieving pregnancy??
* Oh and by the way, I dont have any STD's and my Fiance and I are both capable of making babies (I know sometimes people responde that the symptoms are for an STD! LOL)

K. Can I just tell you that this part of someone's answer makes no sense:
"It also says that breast tenderness or tingling occurs late in the first trimester and can be due to birth control pills or impending menstruation. "
If its your first trimester, what does birth control (you wouldnt be on it) and menstruation(you arent menstrating when pregnant) have to do with anything!!!

Some people may say it's impossible, but I felt the same way you do now days after my husband and I would have had to have conceived. I even took a test shortly thereafter and it came up negative, but here I am, just days to weeks away from labor! So, don't get your hopes too high up, but pay attention to your body, stay away from drinking and harmful substances, and test as soon as you are late for your period. You could very well be expecting.
Best of luck!!!

You can start getting symptoms pretty much right away! Around 5-10 days after conception you can start feeling things such as nausea, bloatation, sore breasts and such. 10-14 days after conception you should be able to get a neg/pos pregnancy test! Good Luck!

If you are looking for the secret to getting pregnant naturally you could be in for a rough ride. You can talk to experts, doctors or friends, and each will have their own take on getting pregnant, but this does not mean that the same ideas and techniques will work for you. Every couple is different, and this means that there is not a single secret that everyone experiences to getting pregnant naturally.
Position For Getting Pregnant Naturally
One of the most commonly discussed aspects of getting pregnant involves the position when you make love. While some people may tell you their best, Kama Sutra position for getting pregnant, I tend to take a more pragmatic and natural approach, looking at the physics of the act.
While you may have your preferences for the best and most enjoyable sexual position, the Kama Sutra is not a handbook on getting pregnant naturally! Many couples have had success with the most common sexual position, with the man on top and the woman beneath, because after the act the semen moves in the right direction if the woman continues to lie there.
Another very practical suggestion for getting pregnant is for the woman to insert a tampon after the sexual act, thereby trapping semen in the place where you want it for getting pregnant naturally. This is a practical, proven and time-honored method, so before you try anything fancy get back to basics and look at your positioning for getting pregnant.
Timing For Getting Pregnant Naturally
The timing for getting pregnant naturally in a woman's cycle often varies from woman to woman, but there are a few general principles which hold true. You can use temperature, moods or mucus consistency to judge the best timing, but the best method is probably the combination of all three. Remember, all of the sex in the world at the wrong time will usually not lead to pregnancy especially if you are having trouble falling pregnant in the first place. But by carefully judging the right time in the cycle, getting pregnant can really happen.
Diet For Getting Pregnant Naturally
You are an entire person not just a uterus, so getting pregnant naturally is a function of your entire body. This means that eating and drinking healthy can affect your ability to fall pregnant. Therefore, if you are interested in getting pregnant, try to avoid high acidic, high fat foods, and especially avoid things like smoking and alcohol, which almost never enhance your ability to fall pregnant (that is if you don't class getting drunk and a one night stand as getting pregnant naturally!)
By paying careful attention to your diet, timing and sexual positions you can have a positive effect on your fertility, even if you have been unsuccessful to this point. Sure, there are other less natural methods of falling pregnant, but these should not be pursued until you have tried every means possible of getting pregnant naturally.
Getting pregnant naturally it actually possible with the right advice! Are you fertile, or looking for reasons for infertility? Don't give up, but check out our amazing information and free blog at Best Day To Get Pregnant!

No.
From the well known book, "what to expect when your expecting" it says that the earliest pregnancy symptom that a woman may have is morning sickness (vomiting) and usually happens 3-8 weeks after conception not days, the following is frequent urination 4-8 weeks after conception.
It also says that breast tenderness or tingling occurs late in the first trimester and can be due to birth control pills or impending menstruation.
If you want to get pregnant or if you are pregnant I would suggest getting this book, "what to expect when you are expecting". I always keep it close by to me and refer to it more times then i expected. Its a great book and a must have for any pregnant woman!

There are 3 kinds of signs in pregnancy: presumptive, probable and positive. The signs you have mentioned are all presumptive signs (meaning they are the least accurate and they are subjective). The signs could also indicate other conditions.
Normally, breast changes occurs on the 2nd week along with nausea and vomitting. Frequent urination occurs usually in the 3rd week of conception.
The signs you have presented may or may not be signs indicating that you are pregnant. However, you can have serum laboratory tests as early as the 1st week to detect presence of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone. This is now a probable finding.

yes you can. I'm not a woman but I'm married to one and we have four kids.
anyway, I clearly remember that there have been occasions where my wife felt the symptoms (breasts, mood, morning sickness) from very early on, I mean just a few days. Worse, on one occasion she said less than 24 hours after that she "knew" she was pregnant - and she was right!
So, trust the good old feminine 6th sense ;-)
Good luck

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great method to get pregnant fast:
