My daughters ages 12 and 14 did and it states that their step mother wants to punch one of them in the face, wishes they were dead and never existed, called one of them a *****, and says she hates them! I contacted my ex and his spouse and him keeps repeating she was just venting. They are telling the girls that they just want everyone to forget about it. The girls can't. They are scared to be around her alone not knowing if she will do anything to them. She and my ex already have had domestic disputes to where police were involved and they have only been married for 2 years. According to my daughters, they have a verbally and physical fight everytime they are over there.

I have already taken it to child welfare and they say that there isn't anything that they can do. It is just a piece of paper with writing on it. There isn't anything to prove that there is any threat to the children. They also based it on the girls' interview. I just don't know what else to do....I do not have a lot of money to see an attorney and most of the attorneys around here will not help me because it is a conflict of interest when it gets taken to the judge.

I would also be very concerned. At this point your ex is unwilling to change anything or validate your children's concerns. Is there any way you can alter your custody agreement. If so I would seek a change that states he must have supervised visits. Your girls are old enough to talk to the judge and express their concerns. I would make sure the judge and your attorney has copies of the police reports if there are any concerning domestic disputes.

Hi, Well sounds like your ex, needs a new girl! This one really does not need to be around children! your in a rough spot. i know you can't spend the extra for legal asst. I would go to the police, and at least wright a statement out on this person, if there is a record,of domestic disputes, then its time to make a new one,I also have two girls and if i were in your shoes i would have taken the law in my own hands! venting is counting to 10 in real parents eyes! tell him wear to go to girl do it for the girls!!!!!!!

If it were me,I keep them away from them. Tell the EX that when he gets thing straighten out at his house,You'll be glad to send them for a visit. By law he does have a right to see the children. However, contact your lawyer and see if there is something you can do. The ex's wife sounds like she needs some kind of help. I have never heard of putting such thoughts to paper.

I wouldn't be happy if I found that. If my girls were truly afraid, and not just making it up so they didn't have to go to their father's, I would call an attorney and see about getting the terms of visitation changed based on it is now a hostile environment.

If my kids were really upset, not just "using" it, I wouldn't let them go. I'd contact my attorney and set up something else. With this kind of lifestyle, no court would send them there! Good luck!

If it's true and your girls really don't want to be at their dads, I would call my lawyer and make sure he could only have supervised visits with them.

Do as I did - never let them go to see him again.
