I am trying to seek if Martin James Durkin...the man that killed Special Agent Edwin Shanahan is still alive? He was sentenced to prison but not life because it was not a life sentence law back then so I was wondering does anybody know if he is still alive? He was released from Federal Prison in July 28,1954. HELP PLEASE> Thanks...........:)

I don't think he would still be alive......didn't he kill him in 1925? He would be over 100 years old.
