It depends on the kind of parents you have and whether you feel comfortable telling them.
If you have an open and honest relationship, tell them so they can take you to get some birth control.
If they will be out of sorts and uncomfortable with it, go and get some birth control yourself and keep them out of the loop.
Either way, you need birth control.

HOW OLD ARE YOU??? Why do you need to tell your parents? What's going on? I think there are other factors here. I don't think you just feel the need to share your sex life with family members.

Why WOULD you? Most parents would freak out. Mine sure would've. You're ready to have sex when you don't question the fact anymore, but that doesn't mean your PARENTS have to know!!?!

Ummm... Your parent really has no role in knowing, and if I had children, I would rather know that I've instilled the importance of safety to such as degree that when they're ready they'll be responsible.

Start spraying the furniture.

That's what our male cat, Tommy, did. Then we knew it was time to have him nuetered, so we took him to the vet and had him fixed.

Hopefully your parents will do the responsible thing with you as well.
