Does anyone in Brisbane Australia know of a charity organisation that takes second hand computers? I rang the Salvation Army and they don't take them for some reason. I don't want to give it to Lifeline as they have a tendancy of throwing things out (were caught on tape dumping 2 truck loads of brand new toys etc!) Unfortunately I don't have a car so I need a place that will come and pick it up. There is nothing wrong with it - I've just got a brand new one now. I bought a brand new cd rom to go with the old computer and it's never been used. Any ideas you could give me would be fantastic!! Thank you and I hope you all have a great week!! :)

If you dont find a worthy organisation ... you might contact local secondary schools or colleges and see if their computer classes can use them to work on (tech classes .. who upgrade, build and rebuild computers).... .or offer it on freecycle .. I am thinking australia has them too ....
