Looks like you've coined a new phrase -- "premature" universe. Premature means something preceding, and as far as science knows there's nothing that preceded the Big Bang.
The light you refer to is the remnant light from the Big Bang. It fills the universe. It's called the cosmic-microwave-background-radiation (CMBR). You and I are sitting in it right now. The thermal temperature of the CMBR is so low that it's been shifted into the infra-red region of the spectrum, therefore we can't see it with the naked eye, but satellites beyond our atmosphere equipped with infra-red sensors can see it very well.
So, the answer to your question is, "We can't see the Big Bang with the naked eye, even though it's all around us."
Another way of answering your question is to simply state that the Big Bang is still going on...it is the dynamic universe we live in.

our terrific thought for the origins of the universe recommend that each and all of the difficulty and potential interior the universe became as quickly as centred at a single element. For motives we don't comprehend, 13.6 billions years in the past all of this count and potential "exploded" and then the dimensions of universe began to boost exponentially. The universe at this element became style of like being interior a action picture star. there is a good number of count and potential everywhere, and because there is plenty stuff interior the way, mild won't be able to trip in a quickly line. we would say the universe as this element became opaque. through fact the universe prolonged much extra, at last the density dropped sufficient that mild might desire to trip in quickly strains without quickly scattering off of a few thing else. At this element, there have been particular sections of the universe that have been a splash extra dense than others, and those "overdense" areas beginning gravitationally attracting different count. those dense areas grew to become the 1st stars. at last, the celebrities attracted extra count around them and seeded the 1st galaxies. So it fairly is truthful to declare that interior the beginning up the cloth that makes up each and all of the galaxies became initially on the comparable element. the vast Bang occurred at a single element, yet that single element became each and every thing. It became the entire universe. the rationalization that we've existence on earth is with the aid of the fact we live in a so-referred to as habitible zone wherein water can exist needless to say in all 3 stages. Water is a staggering solvent, and it rather is assumed to be a mandatory factor in allowing existence to exist. There probably are different Earth-like planets accessible, yet we probably won't understand the place they are until approximately 2011 or 2012 on the earliest.

we can see the premature universe because the light from it is still travelling towards us, therefore we have never seen it. By looking through a telescope we are looking at the past because the light of what we are seeing hasnt reached us yet. Does that make sense?

Okay...
You gotta squint and look really really really hard.
K?
What many Christians don't realize, is that when scientist first uncovered the big bang theory, they did it by plotting the paths of the ever-expanding components of the universe (stars, planets, galaxies, etc) and then ran those expanding trajectories backwards in time, using computers. They found that everything in the universe expanded from one tiny central point after an unimaginable explosion they labeled "the big bang".
Scientist still cannot say what caused the big bang. When asked to describe the incomprehensible power in the big bang, they said the only words that come close to describing it accurately would be, "pure light".
Wow!
Pure Light!
Yet in Genesis, the Bible says that when God created everything, he started by saying "Let there be light". A more accurate translation of the original Hebrew would be the command, "Light Be!". Wouldn't that cause a huge explosion of "pure light" to expand from one cental point in darkness (or nothingness)?
The Bible says "God, who commanded light to shine out of the darkness...". It also says in 1John, "God is light, and in him is no darkness at at all'. Notice it did not say he has light, or uses light. It says, he is light.
The Bible also says that with the Lord, a thousand years is as a day, and a day is as a thousand years.
This universe is physical and has physical laws. But in God's spiritual realm, time and space do not limit. Physical laws do not apply. Time does not exist. You cannot tell the difference between a thousand years, or one day. They are the same.
Even Albert Einstein, when describing physical laws of this universe said, "Time and space are modes in which we think, and not conditions in which we live".
Science and Religion agree on too many things.
The universe is a physical. It is matter and space. Yet at the smallest quantum level, the stuff that makes up that matter can be observed as either particles (like electrons), or waves (like light waves or energy) depending on the intention of the observer.
In other words, when the scientists who observed the building blocks of creation wanted them to be particles, they became particles. When they wanted to see waves, they became waves.
The stuff that makes up the universe responds to thought!
The non-stuff (energy) can become stuff (matter), and the stuff can become non-stuff. All creation is energy and information. E=MC² Energy=Mass multiplied by the Speed of Light squared. Energy and matter are interchangable.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear." Hebrews 11:3
Scientists today are beginning to think the matirx of the whole universe is more like a great thought, rather than a great expanse of space and solid matter. It is nothing more than a dream or illusion. Buddhists, Taoists, and Hindi peoples have known this for thousands of years. It is in writings of the Ancient Vedic seers.
Einstein said, "I want to know how God thinks. Everything else is detail." He took the scientific path through mathematics, and eventually stared God in the face. What was Einstein's conclusion on the universe?
"Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."
By the way. Lots of things existed before the big bang. You are one of them. You made a choice to forget your divine knowledge and existence, just after you chose your parents and were born into this life.
Here's a bonus thought:
When you look at a star, you see the light that left that star many light years ago. For our purpose here, let us say 87 million light years ago.
As you observe the star, the light that left it 87 million light years ago enters your eye and touches the back of your retna.
At that moment, you and the star are connected by that single-unbroken beam of light. You are touching the star.
You are also touching events that occurred 87 million light years ago. You are touching the past.
Fun!

The only evidence we have of the Horrendous Kablooie is the 'red shift' in the light spectrum indicating the movement of the galaxies away from a central point. The other major evidence is the 'after-effect' radiation, which was predicted long ago, and observed more recently...

Because everything we see in the universe is old light.
The light from the big bang is still out in space. It didn't die...it just kept traveling.
So, if you look at the light you can see what things looked like right before the big bang.

good point. i think that these astronomers are just trying to find a better way to sell a false story. i dont believe in the bigbang, it doesnt even make sense! how can this wonderful world and universe happen to be just by mere chance. einstine ssaid it in the best way possible,: god doesnt play dice with the universe. that is the most sincere qoute i ever heard. life is too complicated to occur by a mere bigbang i just doesnt make sense!

(sighs) What I know is what we see in the night sky is the past, literally. What we see is what was 1,000 years ago. So, when we look at a star that's already exploded, it will still be there because we're looking at what was 1,ooo years ago.
