It depends on how much you trust the process.

A presidential system works well if you have a strong central leader, who respects the separation of powers doctrine.

A parliamentary system works better if you want to ensure that the executive branch doesn't try to claim too much power.

Parliamentary, because a Prime Minister is more accountable to both the government and the people. He/she is also elected by the people.
