Get on your bike and explore the neighbor hood - go on an adventure on foot or on a bike and look for new things to see - if you can, take a friend with you and pack a picnic.
Go outside and talk to neighbors you hardly ever talk to. Find out how their summer was and what kind of vacation they had. Tell them about your summer.
Clean out your closets and give old things to the good will/or salvation army... You will feel good you helped someone less fortunate...
Do a car wash in the front yard/drive way - clean your parents cars or yours if you have one. Its fun to scrub and clean a car and make it shiny...plus your mom or dad will think your nice and be nice to you.
Pick out a recipe in a cook book and make something for you to eat.
Go to your public library and look up every subject your interested in. Go thru the cds and dvds and pick out something to take home.

Become a fence. You're a board, right? If you mean bored, then I suggest doing whatever you find fun. I like to think about philosophy.
