I believe Bob Feller of Cleveland, back in the late 40's, was clocked at 104 MPH> Others have equalled or topped that...the accuracy of that measuring back then is questionable.

nolan ryan holds the official record with 102.something mph. billy wanger and joel zumaya have both hit 103 or 104 mph, but not on certified radar guns
