Given that those are meaningless labels in 90% of the legal issues, there is no way to answer your question.

Democracts who don't like the outcome are going to claim the rulings were Republican. And vice versa. The labels are still meaningless since the holdinds were based on analysis of the laws as they pertain to the facts, deliberated among 9 Justices, and not statements advocating political policy.

The Republicans have, over the last 20 or so years, managed to pack the Supreme Court with a bunch of narrow-minded nebbishes.

It will take the USA many years to un-do the damage.

its not whether the decision is GOP or DEM but whether it is practical or progressive and would Jefferson have approved?
