As a graduate of Penn State, nothing makes me more happy than when JoePa and the boys kick some leprechaun butt!!!
I forget the year(early 90's), but when I was a student at Penn State, the football team beat Notre Dame in South Bend. State College went nuts. Students broke into the stadium and tore down the goal posts (yes, it was an away game). The goal posts were paraded around campus.

That's right, if Georgia Tech (unranked) gave them problems this Saturday, then just imagine what Penn State is capable of doing to them.
Brady Quinn is overrated, in my opinion. So is Notre Dame.

i do no longer think of there is bias right here, a minimum of no longer this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. won't be able to communicate to 1996. That Texas Tech jumped Penn State should not be taken as a biased judgment. Penn State is unbeaten and their maximum ranked opponent is #12. Texas Tech is likewise unbeaten and had to defeat the #a million ranked group interior the country to possess that checklist. of two unbeatens, the single with the extra no longer undemanding schedule might desire to derive the pollbenefit.(Penn State with capability of schedule #fifty six in comparison to Texas Tech #26 in accordance to CBS activities) besides, an undefeated Penn State would not inevitably deserve a berth interior the BCS identify sport above even a one loss SEC Champion or enormous XII champion. those 2 conferences are lots, lots extra no longer undemanding than the enormous 10 and the two have a championship sport which will desire to be gained with the intention to declare the convention identify. to be sure that Penn State to beat this, one in all 3 issues might desire to take place: a million) the enormous Ten improves severely. 2) Penn State strikes to the two the enormous XII or SEC (in basic terms hypothetical, i understand) 3) Penn State schedules extra marquis non-convention combatants. (Coastal Carolina, Oregon State, Temple, Syracuse do no longer precisely in positive condition this bill.) IMHO, an unbeaten Penn State shouldn't earn a berth interior the BCS identify sport except the two the two the SEC Champion or enormous XII champion have 2 losses. that's not bias, that's purely the character of their high quality of schedule.

Hater, Notre Dame has a rhythm worked out now. Brady Quinn has 2 All-American Caliber Wideouts in Jeff Samardzija and Rhema McKnight, and a Solid backfield with Darius Walker.
Their offense should be the most potent in college football in a home enviroment against the Nittany Lions [Cubs] ;)

i am a big nittany lion fan. i think they have a very good chance of winning but with that said its not going to be a run away win like with akron. expect a slug fest. this will be a bigger test for morelli, i already like him and his abilities, but playing the irish will really tell what he is capable of.
WE ARE
PENN STATE!!
