i start my car and it will start to shake...not alot...and its not constant either...it happens when i accellerate...when im driving...or at a complete stop. sometimes it only happens a few times and sometimes it happens alot....what is this? i put fuel injection cleaner in my car just in case and it didnt help...oh yes and it is a 2003 dodge neon....if that helps

You say that this happens when you drive and when you are at a complete stop, I would be inclined to say right off the top of my head..........the motor mounts.

Chrysler has always had "the shakes". its a common thing with chrysler once the vehicle starts getting up in milage, for the last 20 years all my family has owned is chryslers and everyone of them at about 100 000 km has started to get the shakes, even with them getting anything they need, oil changes at every 4000km and so on, if it needed it, it got it, and still they shake, its nothign to worry about, but if your still not sure, take it in and get it looked at

Sounds like one or more engine mounts have called it quits. Those need to be replaced before further damage is done.

It might be a bad spark plug, dirty fuel filter, if your check engine light comes on you can take it to an auto parts store and they can tell you what’s going on

it could be either the ball joints or tie rod ends. this is from experience. it could be something different. but from what i understand it would most likely be one of those two things. you might also have a bad motor or tranny mount somewhere but i dought it. try haveing someone check out the ball joints and tie rod ends.

take it to a shop an have the motor mounts checked to see if there tight, an get a tune up

it could be The motor's electricity...check tha ..and check the condition of you spark plugs...when was the last time you changed them ??

might be low on oil, might be a bad boot on the tri axle, or if a automatic transmission, it might be tearing up.
