Call your local health department and ask them for the phone number of the local Free Clinic. Call up the Free Clinic and they'll tell you what info to bring to register when you visit. Over here it's $4 for the visit and $4 for any medications they might give you.

Well, if you are that sick then you need to see a Dr. you are working, right, so then you have to pay for the visit to the Dr. Lots of us have to do the same thing. I have been paying out of Pocket for Yrs. and very seldom see a Dr. Anyone who would write you a Note(besides your Dr.) is committing a Crime.
