You can go to any place like a pharmacy or the pharmacy in Wal-mart. Go to the pharmacist and he can tell you what is best to use in over the counter medicine. Their are a lot of them that will help. Tinactine is good. Like I said their are a lot of them. If it is really severe, go see a doctor because it does spread. If you are a diabetic, you need to go ASAP.

well use vicks vapor rub. . you know the stuff you rub on your chest when you have a cold. rub that on your toe nails. it will work.
