Why not walk over, ring their door bell and introduce yourself. That would be a neigborly thing to do.

I had the same problem before. This is what I did. I knock on their doors and introduce myself. Or, you can also meet them by chance, maybe when you throw your trash or do laundry. Most important is to introduce yourself and they will in return, introduce themselves.

go over, welcome them to the neighbourhood, introduce yourself and your family and then start a light conversation; invite them to tea over at your place, get the family to know each other well; and hey you have your day made!

go up to their front door ring the doorbell. if they answer.... then u ask for there name very very simple
