I want a cheap 5-15 gallon fish tank. Where can I get a good one? (besides ebay)

"Cheap" is relative. If "cheap" to you means around twenty dollars, wait for a sale at a store. Otherwise, try hitting yard sales, your local want ads (including the thrifty nickel if your area has it), flea markets, and talking to all your friends to see if they might know someone who has one for sale.
I once found a forty gallon fishtank in perfectly good condition for five dollars; it just needed to be cleaned, and I bought a new filter and heater for it. It's not going to be an easy find, but if you do end up finding one, you'll save a bundle.

garage sales...walmart has 10 gal tank only $10.00 at garage sales 10 gal for about $2.00make sure it is not cracked and looks like it dont leak.....you can put silicone on seams of used tank not expensive to do.....

fish tanks are cheap. what adds up really really fast is all the stuff you need to go with it.

i bought mine from the pet section at golo. its is only 3 dollars and its about 20 litres. its plastic though.

get a bad one, then use tank putty to reinforce it
ask any pet store for the putty, i think its called epoxy?
or
go to second hand stores (goodwill, salvation army) or yardsales
