Ok first off we have to cross out holy water and crosses because vampyrism is a branch of Christianity and why would a symbol of their own religion harm them? Plus that only works with demons. Next we have to cross out sunlight, the whole sunlight thing was true back in Biblical times but there is a little thing called evolution. Now the whole stake through the heart, come on who won't die from that? Finally the rest like garlic and things like that is a total load of crap. Now the truth is vampyres can die just like a normal mundane (what most consider "human" but the term "human" simply suggests that they are a humanoid creature with their own thoughts and emotions so a vampyre is "human") so they would be scared of anything (within reason of course). I am glad I could be of some service thank you.

They're afraid of sunlight, holy water, garlic, crucifixes, and mirrors (because they CAN see their own refelction, but others can't, and they see pure evil).
The all-girl biker gang in Vampire Biker Babes are also afraid of running out of gas, speeding tickets, and flat tires.
