One of my all-time favorite movies was "The Hallelujah Trail"(1965) with Burt Lancaster, Brian Keith.Jim Hutton. Lee Remick,Martin Landau & Donald Pleasence. It's a comedy western about getting a wagon train loaded with whisky to the miners in Denver.
The US calvary is to escort the whisky's wagon owner(Brian Keith) & his cargo-whisky through the territory at the time. Well chaos ensues when The Women's Temperence League tries to stop them from going forward. The miners come to make sure their whisky is going to proceed to Denver. The Indians want a share of the whisky, but it was illegial to give whisky(or any liquor) to Indians in this period in history.
Anyway to get back to your ?. I've watched this movie from it's release date & everytime it's repeated on a t.v station--about 15-20 times. It's halerious.
The first time I got my son to watch it when he was about 4-5 yrs. old & he now still watches it when he comes accross it on t.v.(He's 40 now.) He told me once that we had watched it about 12 times together when he was growing up & that seems about right from my recollection also.
If you can get a chance to watch this movie do so, you'll be glad you did, as it's a true classic.

I discovered my favorite movie when I was quite young, so at this point in my life I've probably seen it at least 100 times. I used to watch it over & over when I was in elementary school, during summer vacation.
